After some very successful gaming nights. The question is should the full LAN parties come back?
- New Location
- Upgraded Equipment: New Dedicated Servers, New Fast Network, Internet
- Themed LANs such as a Retro LAN bringing back some of the classics. Quake, Unreal Tournament (Orginal), TFC you get where I am going.
- Probably some swag
Tell us what you think. _________________

I think we should totally bring the LAN party back. I know I would be willing to help out financially if need be, or in the planning, etc of the party. I wasn't able to make the last one, and I've been DYING for another one to come around ever since. Themed LANs could be a really neat thing and would add some flavor to an already awesome time. Plus, I think we need certain beer brewers to bring samples...you know..for taste verification, etc. I heard something a while back while on WoW that a certain someone brews some sort of blackberry mead? Sounds delicious!
Perhaps another tournament with a Jones Soda holiday pack as the prize....? Anything to watch some poor sap guzzle down that awful Brussels Sprout soda again.....I'm so glad I grabbed the Cranberry Sauce one... _________________

This is hard for me. One the one hand, I loved the memories of the great times had at the LANs (the divided rooms playing Tribes), but there are also memories of server frustrations and days of setting up server software to have it just crap out the day of the LAN.
Now it's also a lot larger commitment adding in a 7 hour round trip drive.
I would like to try at least one online game night, playing TF2, L4D, Sins, UT or something. I have a server setup that can run 2 Source servers with 8 players each, or a single 16 player one. _________________

Do we have a "new location" location in mind?
Internet is a must (steam).
I probably have some swag I can donate also... _________________

I have tasty food I can cook as always. Given an appropriate time frame I can also have another batch of random brew - maybe that dark saison I have yet to brew.....procrastination is one of those skills I have mastered! _________________ Sweasty Brewery
